The overhead press is one exercise that everyone should be able to do. If you have good overhead strength, you can still get really great endurance by push pressing or jerking. I think too, there's people ask all the time, can I sub a dumbbell in? Most things you kind of can with a kettlebell, you could interchange them, but the ballistics, it's not the same.
