How to Create Realistic Portraits

I hope that from listening to this that our listeners can have some takeaways that might help them improve their own portrait drawing. A lot of people get hung up on the tools and I think that's with anything that you do. People just want to know what are you using so I don't have to even mess around with all these other things that don't work. My approach has always been to just keep it simple. The more that you simplify the tones, the easier and actually the more realistic the pictures tend to come out.
