Pay Transparency Is Important

I do think there might be a world where there is a union in this space, where it's not necessarily like the creator sand their advertisers. If you're going to hire someone, there's standardized fees. That might happen in our industry as a whole, maybe, but that hasn't really happenedewe look and feel more like the media industry than we do the television industry. And i think there's standards in that industry, but there aren't like, requirements or regulations. It does happen that creaters will get to an event, and they'll share the rates that they got, and it turns out that one crater got drastically less. I do think, though, brands should treat
