Six Steps for Creating Momentum for the Day

The only way i'm able to be productive and approach the day with excitement is because my morning routines create momentum for the day ahead. By prioritizing them first thing in the morning of every morning, i leave no excuse to not do them. The momentum doesn't build by standing still. There's something to be said about making your bed every morning as the first small step in the right direction. Within the first two minutes of you being awake, you've already crossed off something on the to do list. And even though it may feel like nothing, i've learned to acknowledge it a a task that i've completed. As i continue to check things off on the list, the momentum continues
