The Value of Peer to Peer Sharing and Learning

Sales leaders want to know what their peers are doing because a lot of companies, they're so busy firefighting. So we would pair them up in teams between sessions. We'd essentially facilitate a peer to peer sharing and learning session. And they found heavy value in that. The last round leadership program is we had active participation of the entire sales leadership,. senior sales leaders and frontline sales managers of 80 to 96%. This work was finished. Whereas the first time we ran it without that participation rate fell down to 54% by the end of the program.
