Hidden in the small print is the fact that we're expecting the biggest two-year fall and disposable incomes since records began. But on the other hand, we're going to avoid recession this year. We know Britain has a problem with 50s dropping out the workforce. What sort of things is Jeremy Hunt planning to tackle this? And are they going to make a difference?
