Claudio: Engineers often build things that don't make sense to your core business. You're building something that you shouldn't be building or you don't know why you're building it. So the whole idea of sitting on a white board or even on zoom. Draw on your access. Who's our user? What is their need? What does that need to panned on? And then we start working on that value chain and then you say well wordles, the idea or Kubernetes whatever fit into that value chain. Then as engineers we can be more creative in how we build that. This is really a good investment over our time.
