I was an infant and it was like 2009. What did it ask your age so I mean you can you can throw at dates or whatever right? So 2009 to now or wow it is you're right 2023 that's a long time yeahYeah thanks for having me on the show. When did you start at W&R? Mmm it was January of 2013. That was 10 years agoSo what kind of things would you say to new people coming up in the real estate industry who want to get into MLS? You've been there done that. There's new companies new prop tech companies some are taking on and and getting in this industry in the MLS community.
