What Is Inherent Talent?

Micheal: Where do you draw that line between what is innate and what's not? And how to other people basically identify their imagined limitations versus the real ones? Michael: We all really do have an inherent personality, and we have inherent strength. So i could either say, well, never going to be successful in business or in a career if that's how people are. Or i can say, what raw clay do i have? Can it be re purposed to get me at least somewhat close to what i want right?
