Do Not Grieve as Those Who Have No Hope

Thessalonians four 13: Do not grieve as those who have no hope. The church has had a long history of this kindo in i i remember reading about this saying from the middle ages, it's like non calpomis affectum sad excessum. It basically means we do not blame the emotion, but the excess. And i find a god that's actually very indulgent of strong, intense emotions.
