The History of Red Mercury
Red mercury could be any of a dozen different things, and its origins are just as confusing. Everyone arguing publicly for the existence of red mercury today is either a con artist, a conspiracy theorist, a loon or some combination of the three. Any source you might find on red mercury written by anyone with even a single core puzzle of credibility will tell you unequivocally that there is no such thing. But true to impish form, I'm going to hold that back for later.
