Is Bro Split Workout a Good Idea?

When they are programmed well Bro splits can work quite well actually especially if you are new to weightlifting. Three days per week is going to work Quite well. It's going to produce probably let's say at least 80% of your potential gains in your big muscle groups so think of the big muscles that push and pull and squat. Four and five days per week will be a little bit better but it's mostly going to benefit the smaller muscle groups that you just don't have time.
