Doxastic volunteerism is the view that beliefs are voluntary, that you can will yourself to believe certain things. Most philosophers today would probably subscribe to some version of doxastic in volunteerism. To be charitable, perhaps Dr. Craig is not endorsing direct doxastic volunteerism, but rather a form of indirect doxastic Volunteerism.
