i said, first of all, be really good about finding people w are humble, hungry and smart. And then look at your team map and find out who's being under utilized or overworked. If you do that, we have people that we're freeing up to do different things in their areas of genius,. They're getting more done, you know. i would add too, if they ere working in their genius, so to speak, that promotes loyalty, and they will want to stay on their own.
