Spurgeon's Ecclesiology

Jeff Pearlman: Why should pastors today listen to and learn from him as a pastor? He says Spurgeon's faithfulness is one of the things he stood for. Even as church membership grew, Spurgeon held on to his ecclesiological convictions; that was very much in line with Baptismal Regeneration teachings.Pearlman: We have all kinds of reasons why we might be tempted to take shortcuts when it comes to our ecclesiology. And yet amidst all those pressures, he continued to hold onto these convictions.
