The Low Operational Maturity of Product Managers

Product managers have a hard time saying no to stakeholders. Deadlines are completely unrealistic. You probably won't get added to important meetings. Nothing will be communicated well. High product maturity is basically the opposite of all of those things that we just talked about. It's a dream come true. And when you've had it and you've lost it, you'll definitely realize how good you had it.
