The problem in ireland is not enough homes. Huge amounts of planning restrictions means homes won't be built, which means the price of crappy homes goes up. And irish people suffer living in terrible places. This brings me to something i've been really kind of trying to grapple with, right? and it's about a new class that he saw emerging in american th itsy interesting. It's basely a class that is experiencing downward social nobility for the first time because they are educated, but can't find the right jobs.
