Cognitive Hypnosis

There's probably 35 hypnotic techniques you can use that can be helpful for people with depression and anxiety disorders. Hypnosis itself is not a treatment for anything, it's just getting people into a relaxed, suggestible state. You can project them into the past and into the future by having them image traumatic events on a movie screen.
