What Are the Red Flags That You Look for When Going Through Your Investment Process?
I don't like companies that are very levered. I don't like Companies where you know, the incentives are screwed up. How the man has the man's being paid is it paid in a way that you know, lined up with shareholders. That kind of bulkamized capital structure is a good red flag often. Not always, but often. Maybe one difference is that I'd be more reluctant to get in something that happens to be in governments crosshairs over there,. wherever there happens to be.
