The Importance of the Tool Sets
I'm a huge fan of SOPs for all the regular sort of common stuff, so when a new guy comes in, there is something to guide them and to help them with their initial understanding. I've done incident response related work, cyber defense work for a couple of different IC agencies over the years. And I think particularly like in 24-hour operation centers or areas where you've got your front line cyber defenders. Those types of assistance within the tool sets themselves can be very helpful.
