The Evolution of Telomere Extension and Protection

The researchers don't do like a labeled test, like take radioactive or heavy nucleotides and feed them to the APC's. So they EDU incorporate in the APC and then show it on the telomere. They also have some in vivo experiments in which they transfer cells to mice. And then the T cells that were expanded with telomeres from APCs have kind of better proliferation, expansion, and they can have less signs of senescence compared to those that were not.
