I am very similar I gravitate towards environments that are going to be highly challenging they're going to push me way outside of my comfort zone and I have a tolerance for that. It took me a while to figure out that not everyone wants to be managed and led the way I want to bemanaged and led you know. That is another art form of good leadership is that sensing of what does this person need from me right now for them to be able to do brilliant work.
