Why Relationships Don't Matter

When people, product-centric sell, they don't understand the size of the problem. Relationships get you that handshake and they get you in the door but expertise is what makes you the money. What I did here to mess with people though was too many salespeople think that relationships is synonymous with being liked or like ability. And so they run around trying to sell on relationships, air quote, and they're really saying is they're trying to be liked, like ability.
