By November of 1992 Harrison Ford was the top pick to play Dr. Richard Kimball finally agreeing to the role in December of that year. Jane Lynch best known for her roles in TV's Glee the 40 year old Virgin and a ton of other things betrayed a doctor who provides crucial info on his wife's murder. In addition to a solid supporting cast that included non Chicago notables such as Joe Pantaleano, Julianne Moore, Daniel Robach, Tom Wood and C. Le Ward many in the cast had Chicago connections.
