Every district there's 23 I think districts in the Ho Chi Minh City would have multiple wet markets. Most of the business is finished and concluded by about 9 a.m. it's the daily delivery of fruit meat vegetables from outer areas of the city. This wet market just selling fresh food fresh fruitfresh vegetables new meat seafood yeah primarily it's a wet market because it's not air conditioned but it is a daily process that starts about 3.30 a.m., 4:00 a.m, 5:45 a.m,. 6:50 a.m.; 7:15 a.m; 8:20 a.m.: The morning rush for breakfast before school gets out
