"I'm super pro animal protein and I think that red meat is like a health food, but I would be lying if I said that eating a ribeye every night is good for," he says. "It's very easy to eat like 1,000 calories worth of ribeye, which is like, yeah. Quarter house for two." He'll mix bison in there with other leaner cuts such as New York strip or filet mignon.
