The Politics of Climate Change

Boris Johnson was seen as a client, relatively active on climate matters. He wanted Britain to be the Saudi Arabia of offshore wind and well, he's flipped and flopped on it in the way that he does. It seems to me there was a problem that people generally are actually rating climate higher and higher in their list of priorities. Yeah, it's always a top five thing. Of course, he's going to lie lie in front of the ball, though, as well.
