If you are predisposed to disordered eating patterns, I would not recommend venturing into intermittent fasting without medical supervision and working with a qualified professional. There is evidence suggesting that these patterns might not be best for optimizing muscle mass or lean body mass. And of course, if you're having full fasting days, it's going to be difficult to do the things we need to do to support muscle growth nutritionally during those fasting days.
