As a galvanizer, the worst experience is when you're trying to inspire people to move and there's no enablers in the room. The same way that the inventor likes the discerner and the loop that goes on - refining loop galvanizers need enablers because it's like, I can go out there and give my best speech around what we need to do with this. And if everyone just stares back at me blankly, I'm like, Oh no. What do I do here? Matt: Half of me, I like the inspiration part, but not the pushing because I feel guilty.
