How to Incorporate Intervals as a Triathlete

I can definitely see a cyclist doing five interval sessions per week but for triathletes. Well either you could do it in the different modalities of course but it but since you're also training your volume is so high and you do three different sports. I find that the thought of that seems quite quite extreme what are your thoughts for how basically just a general thought on how to incorporate intervals as a triathlete versus a single sport athlete.
