The South Street seaport area of New York City is becoming a hot spot for dining. The Jean George food emporium will be 70 to 100,000 square feet of retail space and restaurant space that are dedicated to Asian foods. "I just don't think that the world or particularly America is ready for an Asian version of Italy," he says.
