The Importance of Technology in Careers
Ashby: You don't start with the portfolio managers. He says they have their own IP and it's usually living in a spreadsheet, which is vulnerable to tech disruption. When you do an RFP for new technology, he says, invite startups into that so they can see your requirements. Ashby: Knowledge is educational alpha.
