How Do We Make It Easier and Painless?

There is no correct length of fast for any given person. Your biology changes on an hour by hour and day by day basis. For women, it's even easier because sometimes you have more biological stress than others. A lot of women do really well with longer fasts right before their period,. And then during their period they don't. So you have to tune it. What does dave aspery do every day? I pretty much have breakfast. Usually saturday morning, or on ten a m i have a breakfast, usually bacon from pigs wou raise on my own farmand we have a family brunch in the afternoon.
