Expectations are so powerful. We have this very unusual assessment with my coaching firm that we offer traders. And I can't tell you how often somebody has overvalued what their expectations are. Just imagine saying, I'm going to run the Iron Man this weekend without any prep. It's like, wow, you're probably not going to be happy with your results if you decide to jump into an Iron Man in three days. But just having some bodacious goals is one thing. But reaching for something that's completely in another galaxy just sets you up.
