How to Test a Project Management Candidate

In the de special industry there's a lot of different rolls, so the accompetency test will vary from roll to roll. Sometimes we just get one of our senior technical personnel to run through a set of questions with an applicant. Other times we'll actually set them a small test or sometimes we will drow development rolls for example. I really appreciate those insights, i think you talked about, like a practical examination at some stage during this application process. And that was a really good a way of testing quite a few things in a short space of time.
