The Impact of the NHS on the Experience of Patients
National Voices and its members every year do a survey to find out what the biggest issues and burning problems of the day are. This year was the first year that we've had workforce been one of the top rated issues within that which is really non traditional for our coalition of patient charities. I think there's a clear there which is that it reaches now the point where the experience of the workforce really does bleed through and affect the experience of patients. We're at a really critical point now where we need to have some really critical solutions to improve things.
