Is There a Shift in Values?

Three years in more or less, you guys came up with these values. Were you able to notice a shift from before and then after? And if so, what was it? Oh, good question. Definitely I haven't put enough thought into it to identify it. Didn't happen right away. We've been messaged repeating this for two years now,. Not even a year and a half.
