How to Be a Successful Brand Manager

I would love one day to have the opportunity to work with someone who really gets it that kind of guides me or super path through a similar process. It's been a great process so far. To be honest, brand is a little bit of a gray area for me. I feel like some people get it and I don't necessarily count myself among them.
