Colleges and Universities Learning Directly to the Students
Colleges are sitting on a tremendous amount of physical plan. Go to financial markets and borrow against your property and then loan to the students. I'm saying that no matter how we look at this, it can be done. And if you get forced to pay enough of these things, we're going to be left with the unbelievable happening colleges will go out of business.
