Do You Need a Waiting for Folder?

When i first started using g t d, i set up the waiting four folders as the book recommend. And then always had t struggle with it, because one of the principals is getting things done. One of the problems i 've always had, people will ask me, when i get a task that i'm waiting for, where do i put it? Say, wall you haven't completed the task, have you? What do you mean? I says, wally f if the task is ask peter for copy of presentation file, all you've done is ask pPeter. So you jus re schedule the task for tolay day and the future. Right?
