Syria - Is There a Need for a Rehabilitation Program?

A lack of resources, financial and a lack of clarity over clear policies that could be put into place to help a lot of people. France has had a prison a radicalization problem for years. And their rehabilitation grams haven't been very successful as well. So it is differing, differing aims by differing countries. For the ones that want to keep their prisoners in syria, they really need to pony up and put money on the ble. People like me can come in and put programmes together. But like you said, there needs to be clarity. And are these prisoners going to be spending a long time in northeast syria? And then what do we do with the children? Cause normally children
