I've Never Heard of Endovascular Cross Clamp of the Uterus
There's increasing interest in it for traumatic cardiac arrest and for, you know, kind of pelvic hemorrhage that can't be controlled. I recently saw something similar with a kind of peri-thoracic aortic injury in this technique called riboa. It's an endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta where they feed a wire up through the femoral artery into the descent into the descending aorta.
