Are You a Fan of the Fast Training?

The theory is that mostathletes are somewhat partially fasted. If you're training two or even three times a day, an let's say you're an age grouper, you're probably hitting two sestions a day and maybe working in between. So you might be primarily fast. And i tend not to put them in unless an athlete really wants to try it. But like i say, i do it more if the athe wants it. And i've had many athletes that have wanted it, but interestingly, most of them have tried it, and they're now back into good fueling cause they've found that's work better for them. Got it? Ye.
