I wouldn't say that like tech despite being the reason that we got through the pandemic, I don't think they're particularly a huge winner on the back of it. The biggest banks, the ones that we were worried about held up incredibly well and did a very good job getting capital where it needed to go. There's real value that is lost when people leave their jobs for remote work. It's just in certain cities and areas because around the country, most people never left.
