When you have a small company, it doesn't feel like a real job and a real company. Cameron Harrell wrote a great book called Double Double. He runs like training for COOs largely. And when he said that, it just really clicked with me. It's kind of like the customer stuff, right? Like look at your products from a customer perspective instead of your perspective.
