I think like if I think of myself or potentially a lot of listeners, the dynamic is slightly different typically to retiring owner. Maybe there's multiple owners and they all kind of have key roles just, you know, naturally within the business. So it's always interesting to see how other people are doing it, thinking about it, structuring it. It's way, way messier, but it's way more fun. You know what I mean? Because they don't get the buzz out of small and messy, well then, you know,. they should stay in big incorporation. And I don't mean that in any disrespectful way, it's horses for courses, you know.
