What principles, what practical actions, do you recommend for us policy makers dealing with these flawed elections? I think that we could be doing a better job with listing the private sector to help. The private sectoris affected by bad elections as much as the average citizen. There are opportunities for us to work with a broader set of actors beyond just the electoral commission and political parties.
