I think one of the two things there is that I think people forget like, even if something's a big success or big failure, like you need to put in these reps that keep building up in there leading you to the right place. And so I don't know how we connected the dots, but because we had kept an open mind and had a lot of mentors, we were able to put the pieces of the puzzle together. You learn it, you wheel and deal in real estate. It's fun. You fix it up and clean it up. You get tenants. It seems to work.
