The Challenge of Being a Technical Manager
Apple does encourage a manager still to stay kind of indotechnical aspects as well, and to do some coting from time to time. The big pro was that i didn't lose my coating. And the ig con was that i still had to code a lot. But i think more importantly, i was also learning what i could say no to and what projects i could say yes to.
