i feel like, i don't know, after the collapse of the third worldes moment that the left doesn't have much aside from realism. It feels like were kind of stuck between realism and ne conservatism. But that's said, it is clear that this history matters absolutely. And then one other thing that you can see a similar kind of ambiguity from europeans towards ukraine about ou membership. Of course, u membership is not, in the same way, probably perceived as a geopolitical threat by russia.
